Fine pair of Chinese octagonal semi-eggshell porcelain plates, black and ruby rim, three borders, centre with flowers and a very unusual eight oval band, all in famille rose palette enamels, c. 1730, Yongzheng reign, Qing dynasty, d. 22 cm, 8¾ in. 3.5004
