Small Chinese export porcelain vase and cover, the body with moulded panels decorated in underglaze cobalt blue (qinghua) with standing “long Elisas” in a walled garden setting alternating with flower arrangements, base with the Artemisia leaf mark, c. 1700, Kangxi reign, Qing dynasty, h. 15 cm, 6 in. 1-20395

• A watercolour and gum Arabic over graphite on paper by the Dutch artist Michiel van Huysum (1729-1760) of a similar vase is at the Fitzwilliam Museum, inventory number 2429735.

稀有的中國五彩瓷盤,器形仿歐洲銀器樣式,中央飾有庭院景色,盤沿四處開光飾有遊魚與蝴蝶,約1700年,清康熙,直徑25.5厘米,9¾英寸。
